Danish People's Aid has submitted an alert regarding the flooding in Afghanistan.
The DERF was not activated for the alterted crisis.
The flooding is just the latest blow for Afghanistan, which has been ravaged by the coronavirus and bloodied by Taliban attacks across the country. An increased number of fatalities and widespread damage has been reported in Afghanistan after heavy rain.
