Decision: Not to activate the DERF to respond to the experienced Congolese Refugee Crisis in Angola. 

Reason: 3 Danish non-HPA CSOs are known to CISU as active in Angola in addition to the Alerting organisation. This is assessed as too narrow a base upon which to activate the DERF
