Decision: Not to activate the DERF to Congolese Refugee Influx to Uganda
Reason:Despite the challenging refugee situation in western Uganda it is decided not to activate DERF for the following reason:The increase in the number of refugees arriving from Congo to Uganda is at the current state not sufficiently high to call it a spike in the ongoing protracted humanitarian crisis.
