Conflicts between Afghan security forces and Taliban have been running since Aug 2019 in the Kunduz province and there have been attacks on Kunduz city in the period from Aug to Sep 2019. 10.000 households in the Kunduz province have been displaced and they are in direct need of food and cash in order to pay the rents of their houses and supply heating fuels for the approaching winter.
